These terms apply to your use of northgeorgiaclean.com, the North Georgia Clean Directory ("the directory", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting a listing, you agree to them. If you have questions, email support@northgeorgiaclean.com.
What the directory is
North Georgia Clean Directory is a free online directory of cleaning businesses serving North Georgia. We list independent businesses so property owners can find them and contact them directly.
We are not a cleaning company. We do not provide, schedule or supervise cleaning services, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a listed business. North Georgia Clean Directory is not connected to any cleaning business that uses a similar name.
Listings are free
Standard listings are reviewed and published at no charge. If we ever offer paid features, we will explain them clearly before anyone is charged.
Submitting a listing
When you submit a business, you confirm that:
you own the business or are authorized to list it;
the details you give are accurate and current;
the business actively serves the North Georgia areas you list; and
you allow us to publish the business details shown on the listing.
Listing verification
Every submission is checked by a person before it goes live. We may check that the contact details work, that the business serves the areas it lists, and that it is in active operation. We may ask for more information.
We may decline, edit for clarity or remove any listing at our discretion, for example if details cannot be verified or are misleading.
Verification means we checked the information at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of a business's work, licensing, insurance or conduct. Always confirm these directly with the business before hiring.
Corrections and removal requests
Corrections: a business owner can ask us to update a listing at any time by emailing support@northgeorgiaclean.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the business.
Removal: a business owner can ask us to remove their listing, and we will remove it once we have confirmed the request.
Reporting a problem: anyone can report a listing that seems wrong, outdated or misleading. We will look into it and correct or remove it if needed.
Reviews and feedback
If we accept reviews or feedback, each one is moderated before it is published. Reviews must be honest, based on real experience, and free of abusive, unlawful or private information. We may decline or remove reviews that break these rules. A business may not review itself or a competitor.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: no scraping listings in bulk, no spam submissions, no attempts to disrupt the site, and no submitting someone else's information without permission.
Content and links
The guides and advice on this site are general information, not professional advice for your property. Listings may link to other websites, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
No warranties
The site and directory are provided "as is". We work to keep listings accurate but cannot promise that every detail is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from dealings with any listed business.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
